My period is always on time, but this month it's a week late. All week I've been having INSANE PMS symptoms: my bewbs are huge, I'm bloated everywhere (hands and feet hurt!), fatigued, joint pain, eating tons of food, my skin is breaking out.
Since I have become a vegan I have not had ANY PMS symptoms.
There's no chance I'm pregnant because I haven't had sex.
What's going on?!
Is your PMS worse when your period is late?
This is seriously interfering with my life.![]()
