I was doing pilates until recently (along with yoga) and it made me more flexible along with stretching out my muscles. I don't know what bodytype you are, but I am the muscular type and it helped me.





I have a weird body..lol!! I'm a 34A but I have hips and a bubble butt, long legs.. I also have this perfect circle around my belly button that I want to get rid of..
I do pilates along with yoga. I started out at 140 3 weeks ago and am
now 120. I am super flexible now and seriously, my tummy has disappeared! My butt is all muscular and same with my legs and arms. It's a great work out but, it makes you feel great. It really does. I love it!![]()



I need to do some pilates, I definitely have some toning to do.

can anybody vouch for what pilates has done for their abs/waistline?
I did pilates for about a month... let me tell you, it is BRUTAL if you're doing it properly, but you will get really toned and lose weight fast. It got me into amazing shape, but I couldn't keep it up due to sheer lack of willpower. It hurts!
Eventually I moved on to bellydancing... it hurts less >.< and it's really great for your butt and thighs.
