^^ That's so true, never thought of that. The problem with faking tipsy is when I have to go on stage, it'll be obvious I'm not drunk, and with LD i'll sure as hell slap him..so eh, no idea. Any girls fake being drunk but still somehow manage to pull off great stage shows+not let guys take advantage?

Then guys kept getting me drinks (keeping in mind i really dont drink, and also have acid reflux so my stomach sucks) and 1 of them I pretended to drink- put the glass to my mouth but never drank anything, so eventually guy goes ' wow you need to catch up!" i told him im on stage next, gotta go! Eventually I said fuck it and got bottles of water cuz I get so freggin thirsty and just want good ol H20..any girls have this issue with management forcing to get drinks pretty much? I even asked him if its ok to tell the bartenders to just put the juice minus alcohol and he said "well we dont do that to the customers, sometimes they check and we'd get in trouble " UGH

So I was thinking, just run to the bathroom every so often, bring drink with me, spill some out, go back on floor? That can get very time consuming though. Help!
If the club doesn't respect your choice to not drink enough to make fake drinks, then you have no obligation to order alcohol. You can order juice and water, and if they bitch about it you can say it's a health issue for you (which it is).

You're totally right. I'll order what I can, and if they say something to me, I'll politely inform them that #1, I have major stomach issues and the fact that I'm driving home. Hopefully they're too busy to notice !

I enjoy drinking but can't overdo it because I have bad ulcers. Like, really bad. I throw up a lot.

Most clubs don't care as long as you order something. Hell juice costs money too.

My regulars love to drink and lately ive been getting too tipsy at work because "we" were partying. My last shift I made sure to tell the bartend and waitresses that I will order drinks but that there should be LITTLE to NO alcohol in them. They were happy that I was still producing money for the bar and the customer is still getting my time and having fun. No harm no foul.

^^ Last shift I did that too, I always get there early to get first on stage, so before everyone got there, I told the bartenders to put the smallest amount of alcohol possible, and they had no problem with it. Also, I tried to only take a few sips of a drink (but still put the straw to my mouth haha) seemed to work the other night!

I dump it out on the carpet when he is not looking, very sneakily. I am going to ask the bartenders to make ALL my drinks virgin from now on i am trying VERY hard to rid of this bad habit. I'm glad you dont drink because once you start its hard to stop!

YOu can say that you can't drink for medical reasons and if they try to pry say it's private and a sensitive issue.
Also if you look under 21 say you can't drink legally and you'll get in trouble.

Does anyone know how to STOP drinking? I need help bad!

is it just at work that's the issue or just in general? if it's just at work then maybe taking a break would help but if it's a general issue, you may need more help than what i could offer.

^^ what about making yourself tell every guy that wants to buy you a drink that you took allergy meds today and cant drink, but would love water instead.

talk to the bartender(s) ahead of time so when someone buys you a drink, the bartender will mix you a virgin drink. So the guys are still buying you what they think is a cosmo, but you'll really be drinking cran/club soda

Tell them you just had shots, or that you need water, or that you took medication, or that you don't drink, or tell the bartenders to make your drinks virgin. If the club complains, tell them your doctor told you to stop drinking because it was causing health problems.
