I have to disagree on this point. If a major part of the motivation for getting breast implants is to improve dancing earnings potential ( and especially so if the dancer will be working in highly competitive cities like Vegas ), then one has to question limiting the chosen implant size to something small enough that they won't be noticed when the dancer retires and 'returns to a normal life'. If they won't be noticed on the street, then they also won't be noticed in a club !!! As long as the dancer in question plans on dancing for a couple of years or more, I would recommend going with an implant size that makes her as noticeable as possible !!!
After all, there's no real problem about swapping implants to a smaller size after the dancer actually does retire ( other than the cost of doing so perhaps $5,000 ). But while she is still 'working', having noticeably large implants may increase hear earnings potential by $10,000 or $20,000 or more A YEAR. In my book, that financial investment decision is a 'no-brainer'.
