    Crab Stuffed Mushrooms:

    6oz can crabmeat
    ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
    ½ butter, melted
    1/3 cup bread crumbs
2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped (I use garlic salt and sprinkle at a little bit)
    ½- ¼ chopped onion
    Salt and pepper to taste
120z package fresh mushrooms, caps washed and stems removed

Mix all ingredients together, except mushrooms. Stuff mushroom caps with crab mixture and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 15 (though in my personal experience it makes much more than this).

^ No sugar, no butter chocolates. For that "it's EASTER" chocolate craving. They're so easy to make, little bitesize things, and frankly they're pretty scary healthy compared to other chocolate recipes.
Get the fuck off my harbl, yo'.

I'm making rabbit with papardelle pasta in a red sauce. It's surprisingly not really that fattening.
    - my red sauce recipe is a secret, but I'm sure yours is fine too.
    -one rabbit, butchered into pieces.
    -one package papardelle nests.

*brown the rabbit pieces in a large fry pan on med high heat. Turn down the heat to medium, and add your red sauce. Cover. Turn rabbit pieces as needed. As they start to cook through, reduce heat to med low. Cover and simmer until rabbit is cooked through. Serve over cooked papardelle pasta, or fettucine if you can't find the papardelle. Rabbit is surprisingly very lean, so this meal is pretty low fat.

You can say that again.. not just on here but men in general. Guys are so damn lame, the only way they can halfway make up for it is by opening their wallets.

A couple of girls at work were pretty grossed out, when I brought in my leftovers; it was kinda funny.
anyway, I don't like most game meats, but I do dig rabbit. It can be tricky to find sometimes though, or I'd eat it more often.
