    Default Bigger Booty?

    Hey ladies! Just wanted to know any ideas or tips for exercises that will increase booty roundness and firmness! For myself, I think the bigger ( mind you firm and bubbly, not flabby!) the better and want some new exercises to work on at the gym or at home. I have seen these websites that you pay for tips to "get a bigger butt"...anyone know their tips? Also, anyone here do the fillers in their backside to get more fullness? Some girls at my club have gone to Atlanta to get theirs done...not sure if they did PMMA or something else though. Any experiences or tips?

    I usually stick with variations of squats, lunges and deadlifts....Combine that with running on an incline and biking and I've managed to turn my average white-girl butt into a Jessica Biel shaped tushy.

    Honestly though, if you're looking for a Kim Kardashian-esque behind you'd probably need cosmetic work done....asses like that are large part genetics.

    Lots of people here have asked similar questions - try the search function at the top of the forums - you'll find lots of great threads with tons of responses on how to build a bubblier butt!

    on all fours, raise leg up while bent at a close-to 90 degree angle, then straighten leg and touch outside other foot and other side of body.

    standing on one foot, lift leg behind you then straighten.

    squats, lunges.

    This topic has been posted soooooooooooooo many times here. Oh well, Ill answer again

    I do squats and walking lunges holding 2 15lb weights. The lunges, take 12 steps one way, and 12 steps back. That counts as ONE. Try to do FOUR. Also, theres something called ABS squats, where you squat facing forward, then squat twisting ur body to the right, then squat twisting to the left. This is killer, I do 20 of these. No need for equipment, your own body is all you need, and dumb bells if you like.

    I'm trying to get a bigger booty too, and this is what I'm currently doing:

    I look at speed skaters, and they have bubble butts, so I have hope that it is possible to get a bigger booty with a lot of exercise.
    I think I read somewhere you need to work on it like two hours a day though..

    I was also recommended hill sprints and lunges lunges lunges and squats squats squats!

    Squats, deadlifts, and sprints. Also walk on a very steep incline. Lunges are alright, but very hard on the knees.

    Yes, I have actually been meaning to make/buy an indoor slider to exercise on. This is what speed skaters use to exercise indoors, as that motion seriously works your glutes and legs. Got to get to Home depot!

    ya, i do 25 min of wide stance, and then squat, big step left, squat, big step right... rinse and repeat. you'll be sweating ur ass ON! anyway, you'll feel the burn the next day... promise

    The flirty girl fitness pole fit dvd really helped me sculpt my butt. I have always been hippy but it helped me gain 2 inches more to my backside in one month. Not bad, huh?? So I went from a 41 to a 43! Measurements are now 36d-27-43! And of course the men here in Detroit r eating it up! I love it! Hope that helps!

    I have to say, running really helped me. I used to have a naturally bubbly ass- very cute. Then I started running and it looked even better. Since I've stopped running, it seems like my butt has shrunk.

    Plus running is good for your legs too.

    It's a muscle just like any other, so if your goal is to grow it, hard and heavy works best. Squats, lunges, straight leg deadlifts, and enough calories to support it.

    I have a god given gift-a big ass. But I want a big HARD AS ROCK ass. I like this guy (he has a few other stuff in there)-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqGztUdz70A

    Also when you sit, walk or before bed (as you lay there) just squeeze your butt over and over again as fi you are trying to do the individual but clasping thing (its why I began to do it). I've been doing this for the last few months since I've been off work...and my big round ass...if shapelier...and rounder...much much better-my isolated butt clasping thing is coming along nicely...not as good the girl who did it...but its work in progress...and now....but squeezing is like second nature.

    A guy mate used to put a small pencil between his cheeks and would walk around holding it there all day-it harder than you think---but it works too. these two are easy as hell. And it comes out nicely after a month or two.


    Also doing the hips thrust works, as you punch up as much as you can...hold it...and do loads of mini,tiny hips thrusts...if you do it enough times...you will feel it.

    There are many other exercises too-but I don't do em too often.
