Hey ladies! Just wanted to know any ideas or tips for exercises that will increase booty roundness and firmness! For myself, I think the bigger ( mind you firm and bubbly, not flabby!) the better and want some new exercises to work on at the gym or at home. I have seen these websites that you pay for tips to "get a bigger butt"...anyone know their tips? Also, anyone here do the fillers in their backside to get more fullness? Some girls at my club have gone to Atlanta to get theirs done...not sure if they did PMMA or something else though. Any experiences or tips?
