I've decided to switch to raw foods to lose weight. Today is Day 1. I realize I probably didn't each enough day but that's what I had allotted for the day.
Day 1
3 apples (about 100 X 3) = 300
3 bananas (about 175 X 3) = 525
1 avocado (about 250) = 250
1 plum (about 20) = 20
2 tomatoes (about 65 X 2) = 130
1 kiwi (about 90) = 90
Total: 1315
Wow I really didn't realize how many calories I ate today. No wonder I'm so fat. I've probably been consuming double that up until now.
I feel full. I don't feel deprived at all. I was taken off the appetite increasing anti-depressant so maybe that's why I'm back to normal in terms of cravings.
