Exercise: I try to do crunches and push-ups every morning. I used to run but my knees are shot, and my legs are naturally muscular.

Beauty: My favorite thing is washing my hair with baking soda and water (1 tsp to 1 cup) with a few drops tea tree oil, rinsing, then washing with apple cider vinegar and water (1 tsp to 1 cup). After a couple months my hair is starting to look incredible, better than it ever has.

I'm also vegan and am trying to tighten up my stomach (I have a pot belly, it is so hard to get rid of) so I've been trying to eat tons of veggies everyday and cut out junk food.

    I like this thread idea!

Well i clean my face with those facial wipes and use witch hazel to tone every day and night, then i apply Lancome Hydrazen moisturiser.
Witch hazel has really sorted my skin out and its great for ingrown hairs too!

Exercise well i have no set plan right now but i try to keep my self moving everyday. I take the dog for a walk and run part of the way and do a few crunches and stuff when i have a few mins to spare. I think doing a little is better than doing nothing.

I have a home gym AND go to the gym for a total of 4 days a week. Including dancing and some other cardio. That's it.

    Eat low fat and healthy.

Well my beauty regime is kind of my nutrition, if it didn't grow or have a mother then I don't eat it !
Since I've eaten like this and cut all the processed junk and not so good protein shakes out (replaced them with better quality vegan ones) my skin is looking great.
I use Liz Earle cleanse and polish in the morning and evening and coconut or olive oil as a moisturiser.
Work out is different all the time whatever I feel in the mood for but try to do something 5 times a week.
Loving doing Chalene Extreme at the moment too !

I get plenty of sleep, ride my bike everyday, don't eat processed foods.... don't get me wrong, I eat a lot of really rich foods, but they are made entirely from scratch from either vegetables I've grown, or are locally farmed. All of my meats are local and humanly treated. Good karma is far more beautiful to me than physical appearances ever will be.

It seems like a lot of stripperwebbers are either vegan or very conscious eaters. Which is weird because the chicks at the club I work at are always getting burritos and drunk Carl's Jr. post-Jagerbombs.

I'm mostly vegan, tried the raw thang but my body needs more low-glycemic, hearty food. I eat a lot of mediterrean food and salads, granola + fruit, green juice, and occasional sashimi. Rarely drink anymore, red wine every now and then.

I do yoga 4+ days a week and other exercise at random like riding horses and hooping.

My skincare routine is mad simple now: coconut oil or cetaphil to wash, coconut oil as moisturizer, and retinae every other night.

Beauty is all in what you eat, fresh air and sunshine, and stretching.

My beauty routine is extensive. lol I have extremely pale and dry skin that needs a LOT of babying. I'm also allergic to sunlight - so I have to be very careful.

Face: Clean and Clear's acne regimen in the morning and at night. If I've worked at the club, I use St. Ives' Green Tea Scrub to clear out my pores. I use Neutrogena Night Calming makeup remover. One a week, I use Villainess' "Silk and Cyanide" Smooch for good exfoliation, and once a month I use another Villainess product called Mud. I use Embargo or Grundy - it's just a mud face mask.

Body: Aveeno Pomegranate and Rice body wash. 3 times a week, I use Villainess' Smack in a personal mixture to exfoliate. I also use a Tea Tree Oil scrub on my feet. I use Olay Quench In-Shower body lotion. Then, I use either Cocoa Butter lotion, or Villainess' Whipped Body Lotion.

Yes, yes I am a Villainess whore. I LOVE their stuff.

Workout Routine: Pilates and Tae-Bo. Plus dancing, of course.

I kinda watch what I eat - mostly just limit the junk to a couple things a day. I'll eat salad and fruit, with some cookies tossed in, or a cheeseburger and fries. My metabolism is still such that I can get away with it, more or less. Since I don't completely limit it - it's easier to subdue temptation. I'm at the point I'd RATHER grab an apple than a bag of chips. I also take a metric FUCK ton of vitamins, especially Vitamin D - I have a severe deficiency since I can't be in the sun.
