So i used to be a total gym rat, but since moving to the south and being immersed in the gorgeous weather, i have given up my indoor exercising for outdoor stuff. this is awesome for cardio, but not so good for strength training. I dont really want to be paying gym membership anymore, so do you guys have suggestions for strength training that doesnt require the machines?
i was thinking of gettng one of those giant elastic things and a pair of dumbbells. and maybe doing some lunges too. getting a big machine is out of the question considering i move around a lot, i need things that dont take up much space.
so suggestions? routines? advice? all would be much appreciated!
