    Default Rubber Band/ freeweights

    So i used to be a total gym rat, but since moving to the south and being immersed in the gorgeous weather, i have given up my indoor exercising for outdoor stuff. this is awesome for cardio, but not so good for strength training. I dont really want to be paying gym membership anymore, so do you guys have suggestions for strength training that doesnt require the machines?

    i was thinking of gettng one of those giant elastic things and a pair of dumbbells. and maybe doing some lunges too. getting a big machine is out of the question considering i move around a lot, i need things that dont take up much space.

    so suggestions? routines? advice? all would be much appreciated!

    customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
    me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
    customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.

    Get kettlebells and learn how to use them. Totally comprehensive exercise possibilities in the trunk of you car.

    Pistols and one-armed push-ups! I agree with the kettlebell suggestion, my guy friend introduced me to them and they are incredibly versatile.

    Once you learn how to use them, they will absolutely kick your ass. Russian athletes of all disciplines, from gymnasts to power lifters to mma fighters have used kettlebells for decades and continue to do so with great effect.

    alright, i am going to go out and buy some kettlebells today. i watched some videos on youtube and it looks like just what i am looking for.

    i mostly need to work out mah badonk-a-donk. i have a great ass, but since i have stopped doing leg presses at the gym, my its been looking less fabulous than usual. and a lot of my customers are ass men, so i need my ass to look good!

    additional suggestions at making my ass look great without the leg press are always appreciated.

    sprints for 10 secs; walk for 1 min to recover; 10 rounds (do twice a week)

    plyometric type drillslik jump squats holding 10#s, jump split squats, burpees, etc.

    definitely pistols mentioned earlier; also 1 leg butt bridges
