Start taking Tylenol before going to work and some arnica pills. When you get home you can get into an epson bath, take more tylenol, and when you get out of the bath use an arnica gel on sore spots and bruises.
    Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

You'll start to learn tricks ( like squatting to collect stage cash instead of kneeling + lowering yourself to any floor moves super soft). You'll get used to it !
Baths with Epsom salts are amazing. It's 3:15 a.m. and that's where I'm headed now !

Agreed on both counts. Arnica is my savior. It keeps me from getting too banged up and not being able to go to work.

Also, in time your body will stop bruising/hurting as easily... took me about 3 weeks for the soreness to stop coming up and about 3 months for me to stop bruising altogether. Good luck!
