These girls aren't ruining the industry and if every girl in the club was a super hustler you may find your earnings going down. At my club you don't have to do that many dances to make $150-$200 a night, especially if you get decent tips. 10 dances all night is hardly work, and is nowhere near the amount of work you would have to do at 'straight' job.
As long as the girls aren't undercutting the dances, doing extras, or sitting with customers for eternity, how is it any difference to you? If anything these lazy dancers, and unfortunate ones who lack the skills or looks or both to do it right are helping me. There are plenty of "bottom feeders" who do extras, as well as top earners who do extras. Some dancers would rather leave with minimal money because they just don't care to hustle and expect the money to just fall into their lap. I don't understand the ruining the industry nonsense. Yeah if they are undercutting thats one thing. If they just lack the skills to get a customer to buy thats another.
I think you should always try to make the most money possible, but if my club got rid of these kinds of dancers, most of the club would be empty. Now the ones who are leaving in the negative all the time or $50 bucks and under.........I do wonder why they don't work at Burger King. Usually those girls do not hustle at all and are also very unfortunate looking. I do know some hot girls who make shit because they don't do anything but walk around and occassionally 'wannadance.' Even very unattractive but friendly dancers seem to make SOME money, its the ones who don't have a clue how to approach customers, or refuse to bear down and hustle. Are they selling themselves short? Yes. Are they ruining the industry? No.
