Lately, I've been eating an energy bar between shifts to keep myself from getting too hungry at work, but today I looked at the sugar and HOLD CRAP! 21 grams of sugar!? I need something a little healthier than that.
The thing is I usually am dancing (I work at a peepshow) for several hours with a ten minute break here and there. So I need something quick and light so I can get back on stage without feeling too full or heavy.

People make fun of me for it but I need my healthy foods!!! That vending machine and the bar food are of the DEVIL.
