There is far better sites out there, with better customer service and proffesionalism. imlive has now started charging $60 in replacement fees for lost in the mail checks, while other sites re-issue them for free.

really? i didnt know that, i get paid by epassporte, they dont mail to the UK, i wouldnt want a cheque anyway to be honest.

Yeah, they give the same responses over and over and half of them don't even comprehend what you're asking them. LOL But to be honest.. LJ wasn't any better in that department in my experience.

Domino, I came to that conclusion last week also. I called and emailed about an issue I was having, gave my chat name and ID over the phone and in the email (with screen shots of the problem) and the response, days later, addressed me by the wrong name with a generic, useless response for a non-relevant issue.
Then I went onto the forums and found that someone (actually, a few people) had been having the same issue I did, and cs responded that the girl should email cs with screen shots. When I replied to that post that providing all the information I did yielded no results, there was no response from cs.




yeah, i was having a problem and noticed other hosts where having the same, so i told cs, i sent 7 screens in about it, all i got was some bullshit thank you email, and them tellin me to wait 48hours for a response, the issue still remains!
stupid ass CS, we pay their damn wages and they dont have the decency to listen, or respond with at least a 50% helpful response.

I was with Imlive about a year ago and had the same probs. I would even say "Please do not send me a scripted answer. " I already knew when I asked; they would send some automated reply. It makes me mad; they make too much money off the cam girls to have such bad customer service! So many ladies were getting chargebacks, and that scared me; so I quit w/them and just went under a studio. I had studios, but this one is female operated and offered good benefits and support; so it is worth it. They even helped me when I needed loans a few times. No joke; so there are better places to cam for! Best wishes!

You will always get the same cookie cutter response, no matter what your question is....That's why I am glad to have forums like this to discuss my issues amongst other cam girls, because Imlives cs is so full of it! I NEVER post on the Imlive forums anymore! I do read them from time to time for entertainment, and to pass by my time while camming. I also try not to ask cs for any help, or advise, because they are sooooo fake. Most of the girls kiss their ass, and seem to always thank them for their check. They should be thanking us for their whopping 70%! or 65% if your hof. Jess, I think I saw your posts on the forum just now about the mute button? I get what you are trying to say, and believe me, you are discussing it with the wrong people lol! You will waste your time trying to get your point across. You may even bust a spleen while trying so hard. I recall oneday, I was so mad that I was crying, lol. I hate to adit that but it's true. Thats when I realized I will no longer try to voice my opinions, ask for help with an issue etc, because they simply don't give a flying fuck!

Me and my friends sometimes discuss what would happen if all the girls decided to strike for a few days? Lol, I don't think they would, but it would be cool to see how Imlive would react. I honestly like working on Imlives site, but they lack some serious customer service skills, and most of all, respect. Now you are experiencing first hand how they are when you need their help! They seem really cool when you first start working for them. It's all good when you don't have any complaints! Yes I understand the need for a mute button. You are not the 1st to ask for that feature, nor will you be the last! I have seen girls, and guys voice the same concerns over a year. It is just a huge waste of time!

I feel your frustration. Since I stopped participating in the forums, and discussing certain subjects with cs, I have been doing much better. My stress level has gone down tremendously :-)




yeah ill stop discussing issues i have with them and just deal with it, i guess there is no need to stress over it if its inevitable that they are gonna ignore you. ah well.

i make a fair bit of money on it so i like it, just the customer service copy and paste and it does my nut!!! lol
i comleted my mandatory 120 hours in free live chat yesterday, so no more shitty unregistered guests to put up with now lol.
its not for everyone, but i do like the place, just wish they would actually listen to suggestions, specially wen alot of hosts agree.
and the tipping system is wrong.
