I've played flute for 12 years (and pretty darn good at it, I must say) and I've noticed the past couple years that I have a little pudge under my chin. Kind of looks like a double chin but it's not. A lot of flute players get this after years and years of playing, similar to how some jazz trumpets/trombonists can get jowls because their cheeks are stretched. Flute players use that underside of their chin for playing.
But I don't like itI have a perfectly oval-shaped face and then this little wannabe second-chin.
Anyone know exercises/techniques/whatever to help with that??
