The very first lap dance (to a customer) -
What was it like? Where you very nervous? Did the custie notice your nervousness? Did you have to practice a lot beforehand? Did you tell the custie that he was your fist lap dance custie?

I told him. He kind of guided me. I was super nervous. It was super awkward.

^ I'd love to guide a new dancer... I wouldn't take advantage of her by guiding her into heavy contact. I'd ask her for a lot of eye-contact, lots of smiles, a little bit of touching herself provocatively, letting her hair cascade on my face and relaxing on my lap.

I never did lap dances, but did air dances. I'll never forget the first one. It was over 17 years ago (ouch) and I had just started. The owner had told a few regulars that me and my friend were new, so they helped us by being kind. The owner kind of stood near me giving me ideas of how to do it. I was stiff but loosened up. Eventually I got great at them.

I remember my first table dance. The first club I worked at didn't offer lap dances and I went like 6 months working at the club without ever seeing a table dance performed or knowing that we even offered them!
The conversation sort of went:
Customer: So do you do any sort of private dances?
Me: Not that I know of.
Customer: Well, can you give me a table dance?
Me: Uhhh, let me check with my manager.
Me to Manager: Are we allowed to give table dances?
Manager: Yeah, let me set up an area for you.
(He pulls out a chair and table into the corner by the door)
Manager: Okay, just dance in front of the table and charge him whatever you want.
Let's just say it was awkward. LOL - that club was literally all stage money! I remember the customer had red hair and a goatee. I don't really recall being nervous though, since it wasn't much different from dancing on stage - and only one song. It was more awkward because even all the dancers were staring... because table dancers weren't really even sold in the club. I think I gave the one and only table dance that occurred there they entire time I worked at that club!
I didn't give lap dances until I moved to San Francisco, and honestly I don't even remember the first one.

Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

Bad memory. Danced for a group of mexican guys (3 dances in a row, 1 for each guy) who kept trying to slip their hands in my panties. Then they tried to just pay me $10 a dance for the 3 dances...there was a special for 2 for 1 or $10 dances till 8 but I started dancing for them just right around 8. I made them feel bad, considering I told them I was new and they tried to take advantage of me..they gave me the proper amount of money I was owed.
Pretty shitty, huh? And I, just kept going and going, just sort of disossiated myself.

I did air dances. It was also a bad experience. He was Bangladeshi, and he became my first "Regular". Really overzealous with ass slapping and at that point I was too naive to say no, and the club I was working at was a total dive with little to no security. It took me about four days before I grew the balls to slap him back.
That and another incident led me to quit this shit hole a few weeks later.
My first dance..i feel bad for the custy that paid 40 bucks for it! Lol
I was practicing onstage w/another girl and there was just us, and one custy who spoke no english. He pointed at me and the manager told me he wanted a dance. No one had told me what to do...so when we got back there, I didnt realize i was supposed to take my clothes off! (this was a full nude club.) The poor guy, i just awkwardly stood there in my unmatching bra and unflattering panties w/my back facing him, barely moving the whole time. Im surprised he didnt try to complain to management!

About five years ago I was the very first customer of a new dancer who was friends with a fav of mine. She barely spoke English but her smile was infectious and her butt was world class. I did two dances and new that this girl was going to make a lot of money as a dancer. She still dances, speaks much better English now and we still joke about her first day. She still remembers me telling her, through her friend's translation, that she never had to do anything she didn't feel comfortable doing with a customer just to make money.
when I started I did not do lap dances only stage shows. but I did not take long to see the real money was in lap dances, in the beginning I was nervous for sure I danced so far away then. as I grew more and more confidant.I got closer and closer now well the nerves are gone a long time ago.I get nervous now when a very handsome man wants a dance ,for different reasons.I can lose myself with a hot sexy guy
small and cute

I started with air dances but oddly enough almost exactly a year to the day the first guy I gave an actual lap dance to came back in. This was last month! We were mutually amazed that we remembered each other. The first dance I did was awkward but I did my best and incorporated my best air dance moves. He only got two but was very gentle and appreciative. When I saw him again I thanked him and told him that his treatment of me really helped me to be comfortable as a contact dancer. He then ended up getting five dances after I laughingly told him I'd improved a lot and wanted more but had promised some other girls dances. He's coming back to see me as well.
The whole experience was really nice and it was kind of an awesome way to tie the bow on my first year of contact dancing. It's been rough lately and this reminds me of why I choose to do this: the good custies make it worthwhile and at times fun.
My very first lap dance the guy tipped me $10 on a $30 dance. When it was over I asked him for a second one and he was unsure, so I told him I would cut him a deal and do the second dance for $20 since I already had the $10 tip. I thought I was so slick, lol!
I was super nervous and felt awkward as hell. I sold like a string of 5 to him though, so I guess it wasn't too bad. I did pretty well I think. I'd watched a few girls so I already knew all the moves. I even flipped upside down on him and did this move where I stood on the arm and back of the chair...kinda hard to explain.
"I hear you calling and it's needles and pins. I wanna hurt you just to hear you screaming my name...You're poision. but I don't wanna break these chains.... I wanna love you but I'd better not touch."

mine was awkward as hell.
the customer was from some part of south america... so i actually was talking to him in spanish. at this point i had not asked anyone for a dance yet... i was at a club with drink commisions so i was just drinking fake drinks and getting money on each drink. i was scared to give a lap dance so i was too scared to ask. the customer asked me... i told him it was my first time.
the dance itself was a bad lapdance. i didnt know what to do so i looked at hte other girls and saw them grinding... my whole dance consisted of grinding... but i didnt know how to do it properly so my body was stiff and most movement came from my knees instead of my hips and torso. but the customer was nice and bought another and told me i did a good job.
i actually saw this customer a couple of months later... he bought another dance... told me i had improved a lot.
also, this was at the same time my first time hustling in spanish. a tool that has been useful as a stripper!
The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.
My manager got one of her friends to ask me for a dance and give me lots of compliments and a big tip to build my confidence. I didn't find out that she had done that until weeks later, and by then I was already used to doing dances.

My first lap dance was in '05. I gave a dance to a nasty black guy-he kept trying to finger me! ugghh....I had to keep finding ways to keep his hands down. Luckily I had read about some ways on SW before I went in. He ended up buying 4 $40 nude dances, but the crap I put up with! So naive...I shoulda just got the bouncer, but I wanted to the money in case the rest of my night was crap. Luckily it wasn't, and I have since learned better.

I gave my first lap dance to an elderly black man named Ronald 'Mcdonald' and I won't give out his last name lol... he was a colorful character. He called everyone 'turkey'. Very sweet old man, bought dances and brought girls food. I was sooo awkward though, and couldn't get down to the low couch to dance near him in my high heels. I had been dancing a while and was already used to 8 inch heels... on stage that is.![]()

It was my first night as a dancer. I got changed, did my make up and was just about to sneak into the dancing area to spy on girls giving lap dances (so I could learn), when a middle aged man asked me for a dance. It was super awkward- I had no idea what I was doing. After the first song was finished, I asked if he wanted more- I was sure he'd refuse. He said 'I'd love to, but you can get a little closer this time, staying 3 feet away is not necessary'
He ended up buying 10 songs![]()

I remember a new dancer that I had the fortune of being her first LD. She had to run back to the dressing room to put on panties under her dress, as she came running back to the couch she hopped up and stepped right on the jewels. Poor girl was beside herself apologizing, I didn’t want to make things worse so we finished the song and I tipped her double the dance price. I HAD to take a break so I bought her a drink and calmed her down a bit more. Thank heavens I have a high pain threshold.
Now that was a dance I will never ever forget. lol![]()

I was SO awkward my first night. My first dance was a really young guy who was super sweet. I must've looked like a deer in headlights because halfway through he goes - "you can move a little closer... I won't bite". Hahahaha.

Is it weird I don't even remember it? I definitely was not nervous. Im an exhibitionist. I woulda also been sober. (I didnt drink back then).
A regular customer asked me for a dance on my first day. When I told him I had never done one before, he asked if I really expected him to pay 20$ for one, and then didn't seem that impressed with the dance and cut it a little short. But then he gave me a 100$ and told me he'd come back someday and get a better dance. At that time I'd never made that much money in a whole day and I remember feeling almost dizzy looking at the bill and thinking it only took me 3 minutes to make it.

^That's awesome.

I only recall one stripper doing her first LD with me. It was her first night and she told me she had not done any LDs yet as part of her hustle - said she was "fresh as a daisy" LOL. She didn't seem to move awkwardly so she probably at least knew beforehand what the basic moves are. I probably put her at ease somwhat because we chatted a bit before I went for an LD with her and I was talking to her during the LD.
But later that night I saw her put on a pair of track pants in the middle of the stage/table area and walk out of the club. That was probably well before the end of her shift, so I don't know what that was about. Maybe she decided it wasn't for her, though when she spoke to me earlier she said she planned to do it for a few years to save money.

I had maybe a handful of dancers give me their first dances, or at least make that claim. The two who stand out were friends (to each other, not me) with the unfortunate nom de dance of Fire and Ice. Not a bit shy or standoffish and so grateful. A top-10 SC moment.
Still see Ice occasionally. Fire got pregnant and quit the biz.
