Customer: A couple years ago a man died in one of our peepshow booths. He never exited out of the booth after his show with the dancer ended, they wondered what was up, door locked, no response. He was dead! Apparently he had a heart attack. :/ We all consider Booth 1 haunted!

Dancer: When I worked at Bare Exposure we had a dancer whose cheek got sliced completely off on stage.

The main stage was completely surrounded by mirrored walls and there used to be a sort of ledge(who the hell knows why, it was gone by the time I got there) on one of the walls that the girls would hang onto and do tricks on. It was Cinco de Mayo and the place was packed, Adriana went to hang off of the ledge and do a trick but it broke, mirrors shattered and sliced her whole cheek off down to the bone.

She said she was in such shock that she tried to hold her face up and keep dancing while the customers cleared completely out. A cosmetic surgeon was flown in to stitch her face up, I forget how many stitches she needed but it was a shitload and she said that that part of her face swelled up like a baseball. The deal that was worked out for her by the club was that for her to not sue, they would pay all of her medical bills and take care of all of her expenses during her recoveries. They honored the agreement but I know later on she ended up having a lot of issues and ended up living out of hotels because one of the managers hooked her up with a shitty-ass place.

The weird thing is that even though her scar was very noticeable, because of the way it was shaped and because of the way her beautiful bone structure was shaped it almost enhanced her features. She was one of the most physically beautiful women that I have ever met by far, a Sicilian and Hawaiian hybrid. Unfortunately she ruined it whenever she would open her mouth because she had a kind of manly voice and spoke extremely ghetto. :/

twice i've been the one to need help, and at the same club.

The first time after giving the dj my music i went to walk down the three steps to change and wait. they had to have ur cds before you were ready. Well the stairs had carpet on them and there was lose loops at the top that i caught my heel on. I stumbled down the stairs and jolted my bad knee. All i could do way sit there and cry.
I had to be carried out past everyone and taken to the hospital.

the second time i was on stage and felt really tired and dizzy. In the middle of my second song i walked off stage and into the dressing room. Where I pasted out on the top of the three stairs. they had to call an ambulance. It was my asthma and they had to give me the mask with all the drugs in it. I refused to go to the hospital so after they left i got a drive to were i was staying. my boss was a jerk about it too.
he kept acting like it happed because i wasn't taken my asthma meds. like it was my fault. when really if i had just stopped taking them i would have been in the hospital or dead. I've needed them my entire life i'm not going to just stop.
sorry ened with a bit of a rant there

These happened before I started at the sister club to mine. One of the girls climbed to the top of the pole and did a one leg hang. Come to find out it was greasy and she fell off the pole and busted her ACL and had to have surgery. Another girl ODed and was iced down in the bathtub at work. Another dancer was in 8 inch heels with ankle straps and her foot twisted under her as she got off stage. She broke her ankle. She said it broke since her foot couldn't slip out of the shoe. From that day on she wore slip ons.

My own incident happened when the day before I went in to work I sneezed and busted my head on my ex's car. I didn't know I had a small concussion and I decided to go to work the day after I did it. Well my next to last set I accidently bumped my head on the pole and I sat down to get my bearings. The dj got on stage and carried me to the back. I was fine but didn't work for a couple more days after that. I got to leave early that night.

Now if we were talking about outside of work at other jobs I've got a couple for that.
