I am always so sleepy, even through the day. It's like a fatigue feeling... I just feel like I always need to sleep! I get plenty of sleep, so I don't know what the problem is! What can I do?

Go to the Doctor and get your iron levels checked. It's a common reason for fatigue.

anemia, depression, maybe ur just lazy (lol)....many possible reasons. talk to your doctor about this.

PLEASE get tested for Lupus, a disease causing the immune system to attack the body. I know a couple people who have been diagnosed and had the same symptom.

There are soooo many reasons for this. Seriously go to the doctor. It could be mental or physical. Anemia, depression, low iron, low blood pressure, and so many other things cause fatigue. How are you sleeping at night? I stay awake a lot because of racing thoughts. If you don't sleep well or toss and turn it could also be the cause. Also, sleeping too much or not getting enough exercise could be the culprit.
On my way to being the Bitch Goddess of your dreams... or nightmares.
I have the exact same problem as you, although I haven't had time to go to the doctors about this, I have started taking multi vitamins, which help a lot. I was in the hospital not too long ago, a couple months back, and my nurse said it has to do with a deficiency of vitamin B, of course this is in my case, it could be for you also, but hey, if you're like me and are on the go 24/7, you probably don't eat a balanced diet often, so multi vitamins probably won't do you any harm, you got nothing to lose!
Agree with all of the above posts! Get a kick-ass B vitamin if you dont have time to go to the doctor. BUT seriously make time to go and get some bloods .... test iron, thyroid, blood pressure ... and think about if you have any other body symptoms as well as tiredness - it could all be related.
