Search what does choice of seating say about a customer?

i was thinking today, what do you guys think a customers choice of where to sit says about them?

in my current club, i have noticed a few specifics about where customers tend to sit. my club is huge mind you... there is an area by the pool tables... almost every customer there is just there to hang out. then there is an area towards the back away from the stage.. it seems like the regulars tend to nab a table here. and there is the bar... usually if a group is sitting at the bar they are not willing to spend, but if a guy is alone at the bar then its up in the air.

at a lot of clubs where the bar is straight (as opposed to circular) guys who sit at the ends of the bar tend to be more likely barflies who never spent and "know the manager" as opposed to guys who choose a sit closer to the middle.

i always find groups or pairs who sit at the bar to be more difficult than those who choose tables. this might be partly because it is harder to devide and conquer with the layout. but i feel like the groups at the bar are more likely to try to put you down and also tend to be more likely to mercilessly hit on the bartender.

also in general, the guy sitting in the darkest corner of the room is someone who a. doesnt want to be bothered or b. the creepy extras guy. so i almost always try to make a quick sale to this guy... if he doesnt want to be bothered then my time isnt wasted.. if he is the creepy extras guy i do an overly sexual pitch, then dance further away than i would normally while keeping a close watch on hands. then i chuckle when i return to the lighter areas of the club and he is sitting in the corner all mad and 20$ poorer than he was before.

so what have you girls noticed about how where a customer sits correlated with what type of customer they are? in general, what do you guys think about guys who come in solo and choose to sit at a table instead of at the bar? what do you think about the guys who choose a table closer to the back as opposed to those who choose one with a prime view of the stage?
The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.

you're pretty much dead on. In my club, there's a straight bar and it's true, when there are 2 or more ppl sitting there, they generally don't wanna spend a lot. when it's one lonely guy, it might go either way. W have seating in the back, away from the stages. Those are usually the cheap assess who don't wanna tip and just have a beer. The ones who sit by the stage usually wanna tip or it's young guys who sit there cause the view is better and it's more comfortable..

I find this to be true as well in all of the clubs I've worked in. It seems as though guys sitting at the bar just want a free show... Like they are just at a regular bar and just *happen* to have naked chicks fluttering around them asking them to dance. Wth? Ego boost?

I agree with this one too, although the creepiness doesn't always correspond to extras IME. In my old club (one in particular), the fetish guys would sit on the outskirts of the club, and a few that I would have bet money on to be serial killers. It's like that sociopath control thing... they need to be 'higher' or have a better viewing vantage point than all the other people in the room. Just my opinion...
