I'm having really bad issues wih my energy levels, now i do excersise, (pole dancing everyday is classed as excersise yes?)
i eat my veg, i dont eat alot of junk, and i quit redbull (for the 3rd time)
i can be really happy one min, then the next ill feel dizzy and heavy and tired. its so annoying because its getting in the way of my camming and my relationship.
im always too tired to do anything, and when im camming i have to come off to try and get myself right again.
now im thinking abit of depression maybe, i have had alot of issues with depression, but never has it made me feel so drained, so im thinking its not that at all.
i can wake up and 2 hours later be ready for sleep again, and its not lack of food, coz i eat enough. i love my food.
i just dunno how to snap out of it and its bugging me.
