'Depravity' and 'seedy' are a matter of opinion. I love it when industry outsiders throw around words like that. I don't know about the establishment, so I can't really label it 'not seedy', but I'm sure the people labeling it 'seedy' have probably never stepped foot inside to see for themselves.

Meh, it's more of an "oh n0es, Times Sq has become all corporate and touristy!!!11" article (notice the jab at FDs). Been hearing that since the 90s (and really, RG's been gone 9 years...)

All the use of terms like seedy and depravity looks like posing at irony.
