Haha, you're the second person I've heard call it Px90. It's a hell of a challenge, but I love P90X, though I could see it getting a little monotonous after 3-4 rounds through. I might move onto Crossfit this fall, but for now, I'm sticking with it.
If I had a warning sticker, what would it say?

I used the Insanity which is a bit tougher than the P90X but it was worth it. I had to stop after a few weeks because I got sick and had to deal with that. But this stuff will really whip your butt into shape. Just be ready for it, its soooooo tiring. In a good way. =D

I've read really great reviews about but I've never met anyone who actually made it through the entire 90 days. Everyone I know who attempted said it was just too hard.

I have a friend who just finished the Insanity program and she looks great!!! But she said it was the hardest workout she had ever done and she was already pretty fit. It's like a 60-day version of P90x made by a different company.

I was actually thinking of trying out Insanity too, but it just looked .... crazy? Stick with it though, I always feel better and better as I get through it, and it's always funny to see other people's reactions to a change you can't easily see.

My best friend and guy friend tried it last summer, and all I remember is walking into their house all the time to see them doing P90x in the living room and literally drenched in sweat! They didn't finish it, but my mom has a guy friend who actually finished it and his 60-something year old physique would literally put most 25 year old bodybuilders to shame! I guess if you can commit to it, the program totally works.

Actually it's by the same company that made P90X.

I'm hoping to start it again soon. I just like being active. But this thing is really fucking crazy. I've never worked this hard in my life. And I have always been an active person.

My parental units are using p90x and have been for months now, with no results. I haven't noticed any change in them what so ever. Maybe their diet isn't very healthy,I don't know.
I was thinkin about trying it as well though,it doesn't hurt to try. Although p90x is EXPENSIVE.

Yeah if they aren't changing their diet it may not give them the results, they really push the diet change. It's part of my issue too due to my food allergies.

My guy friend tried it, and said it was amazing and he loved it. I saw results in him (it was for him to get back into the miltiary shape) and I saw him doing it 2 months worth and he looked better. I have it too, but never tried it.. I dont like cardio

I looked at the videos once and just thought the guy was such a douche that I couldn't take it seriously.

The whole thing seemed like a Saturday Night Live skit portraying a fictional exercise video. I kept waiting for the joke to end, then turned it off when I realized it was for real.

If you guys are talking about Tony, then I really have no idea where you got that from. If you think it's a joke, then don't buy it.

Its a really tough workout with a diet plan. Of course if you work out really hard for an hour to an hour and a half every single day and diet you are going to look incredible, you don't need a fancy plan to do that.
