So whats your work out routine?
How many times do you work out a week?
And what, yoga, pilates, strength, weights etc ?
Just curious and trying to get ideas.

Right now I am doing this bad ass free weights workout that my roommate got out of Men's Health magazine. We call it the gladiator workout, and we're both doing it as well as her boyfriend. They have been doing it a few weeks longer than me, and have AMAZING results! I am recovering from a cosmetic procedure, but I can't wait to start it up again next week!
Anyways, I do that 3-4x per week, then nothing but cardio 2x per week.
I'm doing P90X doubles, which is weights, Plyometrics, Yoga/Pilates, Kenpo and Cardio, 6 days a week. Been thinking about dropping the extra cardio to run an Insanity circuit too, but that'd just be crazy.
I have a few women friends who do P90 lean and swear by it.
If I had a warning sticker, what would it say?
Brazilian jiu jitsu 5x week, heavy compound lifting 4x week, bag work 2x week, floor bag work + conditioning drills 3x week, yoga whenever possible. Total days in gym: 6 or 7.
What kind of conditioning are you looking for? Anaerobic or aerobic? If you are looking for a heavy cardio workout, go for Muy Thai---I fought Muy Thai and traditional boxing for almost 10 years combined, and my body fat percentage probably never went above 6-8% in that period, but on the other hand I got a list of injuries from it as long as your arm. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is another type of workout, completely deep muscle exhaustion from constant isometric tension, a little easier on the body, but way more mentally involving.

Curves....3x per week sometimes 5 if I'm in the mood.
BJJ sounds like it would be more my style. Thanks for your input.
Dancers should probably use P90X lean. It's P90X with a focus on cardio and core work rather than resistance training. It's still roughly 8 hours a week, but it avoids some of the higher intensity workouts which would make working difficult.
Regardless of which series you use, ease your way into the sets when starting out. I couldn't walk straight for 4 days after my first plyo session, I don't even want to imagine what dancing would be like.
