love the technology, but really...isnt there some sort of better use we can put it to than giving people yet another way to be lazy?

I want one when they can make it go fast. Can you imagine racing on these things? Kinda reminds me of a segway right now. Cute, but no real need for it.

Couldn't agree more. The tech is amazing but WTF is with marketing it to the young crowd who don't friggen need this??? Why not market it for the disabled/elderly who could actually benefit from this? hmm, perhaps honda has stock in diabetes treatment pharma companies.....bastards

Someone had a brilliant Idea of U3-X jousting for the next Olympics! Crank the speed up to about 40mph and I think they might be on to something there

I think there is a very good reason they used petite models for the demo, i don't think the fat asses who would most like to use one would fit on it.

This is great for people like my grandpa. He can walk, but has a hard time getting around. This would be good for him at the mall or something. Smaller than a wheelchair.
    I is a mommy.

Well it is great for some people but not all. I can see people abusing this just as they do those motorized carts at the Walmarts. Not everyone needs them lol. Like the two perfectly in shape capable women riding them in the damn video. They don't really need them. It's more of a factor of being lazy. It gives people more opportunity to be lazier than they already are.

While others that need it could really use it to its full potential. ^_^

Hehe. A nightclub I go-go'd at had the segways available for bouncers and doormen. I could see them using these for cocktail waitresses. Where's the tray attachment piece for these babies?
