Default Stress contributes to belly fat?

I was reading this article here, about smoothies and juices:

    http://www.juicemaster.com/media/upl...ess_large2.jpg

and it says: "Its vitamin C will also keeps your levels of cortisol, the stress hormone that contributes to belly fat, under control"

Well thats a new one on me! Can I now blame my tummy on stress??

    Genius.

I actually learned about this in school this semester... its true! Prolonged high levels of cortisol cause fat deposits in the belly... hence the CEO with twig arms and legs and the beer gut.

This happens to me when I am supper stressed! I am only 5'5 115 and have skinny legs and arms so its super noticable on me. Ill have to take more vitamin c to counteract this.

You can take Relora too, it controls cortisol levels.

So you feel less stressed? Or does Relora just minimise stress damage?

All I know, is that since I've been taking Relora my waist has shrunk down to the smallest it has ever been. I also quit drinking alcohol and drastically changed my diet, and started working out 6 days a week all around the same time as I started the Relora, so I don't know what did the trick, or if it was a combination of it all. Relora is a combination of two different herbs that are supposed to help relieve anxiety AND lower cortisol levels. I take one at lunch and usually two at night (when I remember).

Where can I find Relora? I have never heard of it, and it sounds like it would do me a world of good!

I promise you, that is what would get you the effects you want on your waist line vs that product. Just sayin'....

I don't drink at all and I have been working out 5-6 days, but my stress levels are through the roof and I know that is what is causing my body to retain those last few pounds. I need to bring down my stress level but can't really change what's causing it....kinda looking for that "Fukitol" pill to help manage! LOL!
