    ^^^ That's the one I'd recommend.

CSS is basically just a set of rules (often html) for formatting web pages so that when you change one thing in CSS it universally changes the look for all the pages linked to that CSS.

You can write CSS in Dreamweaver, or look for a free WYSIWYG editor that includes CSS online or as a downloadable software.

I have yet to find a wysiwyg that does everything a text editor can. If you do, grats, if not, learn CSS or hire a designer.
If I had a warning sticker, what would it say?

^^^ Maybe not EVERYTHING, but for a beginner WYSIWYG can be very helpful in learning how to build code.

    ^^ good point.

wysiwygs and text-editors are both tools, kind of like paint brushes. While they each have their strengths and limitations, the overall piece really comes down to the painter.

If you want to learn CSS, go ahead and hit the above links, and have fun with it.

no more posting tech while yeehaw for me
