I'm trying to cut out soda and sugary beverages and right now the only thing I drink is water, soda maybe once a week, and black coffee occasionally. So basically I'm trying to drink more water. I noticed when I switched, no matter how much I drink it just makes me super cotton mouthed. I mean I can down a bottle then start on another one, and I still feel dry mouthed. It's this way with both tap and bottled/purified water. What gives?
Is it just my body craving more water? Or is it a natural reaction to the new-ness of drinking mostly water?
