i had the same concern, got mine on june 14 n they were huge. i measure it every day and on monday it was 8 and a half inches, and today it is only 8 inches (the boob). so i think it will go down nicely!
i had 225 cc before and they were huge but went down nicely. although i often missed my small B cups but its too late.

Yup you will see a huge amount of 'shrinkage' as the deep swelling goes away during the first 2-3 weeks post-op. The implants then need to 'fall' into the breast pockets, which will further change the shape by reducing the amount they project forward in favor of more 'fullness'. In other words, don't sweat it for at least the first 4-6 weeks post-op.

OMG, relax! You just had the surgery. I'm sure you're just shocked by the change. Don't panic. Give it at least 3-6 months for the swelling to go down entirely and your body to totally adjust
Do people really respond this drastically after cosmetic surgery? I mean, you don't get implants for the subtle difference.

Don't worry about it! I totally felt the same way after my surgery. I had them done with the thought that they would only be slightly bigger, and afterward they looked huge and deformed and seemed super heavy, and I was like, oh nooo!!
Now I'm 6 months post op and the bra they gave me to wear after surgery (which was the correct size at the time!) is baggy on me - and I've even gained weight since then. Just give it some time.![]()

Some people actually do prefer a subtle difference if that subtle difference is good enough to make them happy. I used to wear a 32A pushup bra (and i I was a 32B) so that my boobs can look a little bit bigger/rounder and that is how I liked it and my vision of what looked good/perfect to me. Sometimes reassurance from others after surgery makes us feel better too especially if we are feeling shitty physically and emotionally.
This might sound rude but I dont mean it against you personally but I keep on reading and hearing people saying/asking this same thing but surely if you had researched boob implants before you had the surgery (to open up your chest and permanently change your body) like you should have done or just general knowledge you would realise that your boobs will be swelled and it takes time for the swelling to go down and for the boobs to actually drop.

I think I'm like the only person I know of whose boobs look bigger since they've settled. Maybe I didn't have a lot of swelling during recovery?
Aw lol you make me feel mean, I really wouldnt worry though the swelling will go down and they will settle it can take monthes though I think in a year if you really think theyre too big then consider doing something about it but Im pretty posotive youll love them by then.

honestly, 250 cc is not very subtle.. Not to say that it'S not great but you could have gone a lot smaller still if you were really looking for subtle.

I think anything under 400 is extremely subtle and kind of pointless unless you're really really tiny.
I have a very tiny friend who recently got 450s and I am disappointed at how tiny they came out! She barely looks like a c-cup, if that.

I agree too, I was just trying to restore lost breast tissue. I prefer a more natural subtle look.
I am tiny, too! like your friend I weigh 100lbs.My doctor said, I had to get at least 250 cc's to cover the existing breast tissue. He said anything else would "swallow' in my breast. BTW Zinaida you are extremely beautiful, I love your look!
