Sad Another Dancer "kicked me off stage"

So seriously, tonight was ridiculous. It was slow, lots of girls were leaving, half couldnt tip out, it was uber slow. Well I decided to at least give myself time and break even, or make a few bucks. Fuck it.

Well I was doing okay, made about $80 by 2 ( yeah, that was good tonight compared to what others were making ) so I decided I was gonna hit the stage one more time and then leave.

Well finally, it's my turn and my song comes on. Well about a minute into the song, another girl comes up to the stage and starts dancing w me. I figured she was just trying to get the crowd going a bit so I kinda went along w it. Im not really the type to say, "its my turn, get the fuck outta here."

Well, next thing I know, this chick is on the pole! I figured she was just drunk and would get off the stage by song 2. We have to move to "stage two" which is another pole, same stage right next to it. She started dancing on 2!

I just kinda asked the girl that was before me like wtf do i do? this chicks taken my turn and here I am looking like an idiot on stage. She told me to tell management.

Ugh, I just got off stage, didnt say anything to her. Another dancer who was sitting with a customer told management before I even had a chance to. She said she'd be pissed if someone took her turn, especially w as slow as it was. So he went up to hero n stage and I guess told her it wasnt her turn. She looked like she kinda felt stupid but didnt really care. Apparently she dances to the same song sometimes and was "so fucked up" she thought it was her turn. Apparently she played stupid, she was like "omg! does she wanna come back up?"

I already was humiliated that this girl, with big tits had already dominated my turn. She'd already taken half my tips anyways.

I just tipped out the dj and left. I was furious. I really hope they do something about this, because its sooo not cool. Even the dj said sorry, he didnt know she was gonna do that. I think she was just pissed off because I'd danced to "her song." I'd never heard anyone dance to that song since I've been there.

Ugh whatever. I guess I'm just venting. Should I say something to management tomorrow? I really don't want trouble, but I dont want this girl to think she can just do that.

wow, bitch. if it was an honest mistake, she would have offered you the tip money.

i would just move on. the thing with girls acting up, is management will tend to do what they will and thats that. talking to management tomorrow if they have already addressed the incident wont do any good. if she ever does it again, make her look like an ass if you can. i would get off the stage, go to the DJ, and ask him to call her out over the mike.
The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.

If she was really drunk maybe it was just a mistake. If management already knows anyways I would not be worried about it. I doubt if she would be dumb enough to get so drunk again and go on stage out of turn, cause then she would probably get fired.

^^You would be surprised how drunk girls will still get at work even after something like this happens.

What a bitch though. I would never let her forget it. She should feel stupid. Do your stage names even sound remotely familiar?

The DJ should have said something...in the clubs I've worked at where they werent like insane huge clubs where nobody knew or cared about each other(which I hate and why I preferred smaller clubs) the DJ would have made some joke over the PA that clearly told her that it wasnt her turn and she needed to get down. You should also have been given another stage set to try and make the tips back that she took(she should have given them to you, but obviously that wasnt happening).

Drunk or not...she could see that YOU were already up there and dancing so she shouldnt have gotten up. If she had gotten right up before you got there, thats one thing..but you were ALREADY there!

I WAS already up there. Ugh. I don't even remember what her stage name was. Gotta go back tonight. AND I'm PMSing, lol.

I hope to god this doesnt happen again, or I'm gonna be furious and let management have it.

Wow, I understand she was drunk but how hard was it to see you on were stage? I wouldnt feel sorry or bother with her. As some said the DJ should have done something, it is not difficult to talk over the mike. And about the song.. what a stupid excuse. I wouldnt tell management unless she starts a fuss with you.

while i kindof agree about the "owning of songs", it REALLY pisses me off when girls try and copy my music.

this has happened to me in about 3 different clubs, as soon as i walk in, at least one girl decides it's a good idea to dance to electronica/industrial/80's/whatever, because i'm the ONLY ONE IN THE CLUB that does it. >.<

i'm the only one in my club who dances to Jesse's Girl, and it makes me REALLY frustrated when a girl who's done nonstop brittney/gaga/beyonce since i've worked there, decides to start dancing to it just cause it gets the crowd revved up. >.<

there are more graceful ways of mentioning that its "your" song though.

you are exactly right. i tip our dj better when he remembers. he's learning pretty fast. LOL. the most graceful way is to not say anything at all to other girls about it.

yes. While I don't like being copied either, I do tip the dj very well, & he knows what's up.
