Ive took a break from stripping and I wasnt planning on getting another job just go back to dancing in a while but I saw one that is good money, I was qualified for and hours that would be perfect for me..its a beauty therapist job specialising in waxing and I really want it.
I applied and got an interview but I have never been to an interview within this line of work(I did three years traning and 5 different courses all to do with the beauty industry but then just became a dancer lol) well I havent been to many interviews period only college interviews and then for dancing.
I am just wondering how formal it will be as it is a more laid back job..what sort of outfit should I wear?
They didn't ask me to bring anything along specifically but is there anything that you are standardly expected to bring to job interviews?
I cant really imagine what sort of questions they will even ask me
The application form asked about qualifications, previous experience, five things I liked and disliked about my time in college/previous jobs and where I would like to be in five years time.
I havent had previous experience in this type of work but on the application it said it wasnt essential and when I was at college i had to do alot of paying customers so I guess that counts but I dont know how to sell myself compared to someone who may have had alot of previous experience. And just any general tips would be appreciated sorry if this is rambling and silly.
