So, early this morning there was in Earthquake in Maryland, in the dc suburbs. I lived there for 22 years and never heard of such a thing. It measured 3.6! Who felt it? It woke my mom up!

We had a minor one here in central New York state last week in the afternoon, the second since the late 80s. I didn't feel this one but many others did.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.
Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

I read about it. How unusual!!
When in college in Chicago (several decades ago), I was awaken early one Saturday by what I thought was somebody swaying the bed. Not remembering sleeping with anyone that night, and having no roommates, I opened my eyes and noticed that the bottom of the bed and my desk seemed to be oscillating relative to the top of the bed and my head. Not remembering ingesting any psychoactive substance, I looked again, and it continued, for a full 30 or 40 seconds. I was still too sleepy to comprehend what happened, and just pulled the covers over my head and tried to sleep (I did for 2 more hours). I could only imagine that my coursework had taken much to great a toll than previously thought.
Two hours later at breakfast, I heard the news of a widespread earthquake centered hundreds of miles south of Chicago.
