So I recently started working at a new club. It's pretty good, and actually pretty clean. The management/staff are pretty good as well - they try to watch out for us.
Here's the problem: I started working day shift with a bunch of dancers that had been there for a while. There are always new girls coming in, but not really like me. A lot of the girls that I work with don't hustle, while I am all about the hustle. A lot of girls lose custies because they get drunk and stop caring, but I don't drink enough to ever do that. Things like that. But now I'm making exponentially more than they are (I am trying my best to hide it but it's not entirely possible...), and they hate me because of it. I've worked in clubs where I've been hated before, so that's not really the issue. The problem is that these girls are nice to my face, and then say rude things about me - TO THE CUSTOMERS! I personally don't care what they think of me, but they are seriously messing up my money. I can see them talking to their custies and pointing when I'm on stage, and customers have said things to me that other girls have said to them? I am the new girl, so I really don't want to make an uproar with the management over this, but I'm not sure what to do... has anybody else experienced this?
