    Default Ankle sprain again, argh!

I fell while working out and sprained my ankle last night. I think it's a more serious "level 3" sprain. I've sprained this ankle seriously once before and have had a few minor sprains.

When I fell yesterday I heard this awful "crunchy-poppy" sound come from my ankle/foot. Dr. Internet Search is telling me that I should go to the doctor but...

    I'm broke.

So far I have it wrapped, have an ankle support on it, and am icing it and staying off it. Is there anything else I should be doing to avoid making it worse or should I just suck it up and go to the doctor.

definitely don't dance (duh) or move it too much. lay low for a day or 2 and if it's really bad, you probably have to go to the doctor. I feel you, I just had to go to the ER a couple weeks ago and the bill was more than 6000$!!! Now I'm petrified anything's gonna happen again and am super careful and paranoid..
