    Don't panic hon!

I have had this happen also and I did get every penny of my money. Something triggered the fraud protection likely or a glitch happened.

The bad news is they may hold some of your money till it's cleared up, which i know is bullshit but better than losing it.

First of all, be sure you do not leave money in there in the future. They are not FDIC insured. In the future take your money out as soon as you can and put it in an insured bank account. I always routinely withdraw all of my $ from there twice a month.

Call them, email them, document everything and they will likely have it straightened out for you soon. I know how scary and maddening it is!

All I can say is OMG. Why would you panic like that? Epassporte have been around for years. They have enough money and they don't need whatever thousands you may have. This happened to my account also because I had over 4k in my epass account alone. Just chill.. you will get your money.

^ Honey I've had my account for years and have had loads of money in my epassporte account not just once. May I ask how long have you been camming? Those people saying they went months without seeing their money are liers and probably did something wrong sorry. I have never had that happened once.

2.) I have epassporte's number on speeddial. If there was ever a problem I would call them and they would fix it right away. I did have a issue with them taking $20 out of my account to send me the card without my permission once.. other than that epassporte has never done wrogn in my eyes.

Reading the threads a lot of girls freak out over these companies. Epass is not once to freak out over. I'm just saying from my experience they're pretty good about letting you have YOUR money and they will not "scam" you.

and JUST FYI, I use the visa virtual card for bill paying online.. so by the time I use my ATM card it's not really too much that I need to withdraw.

...and like raven said, when they're running maintenance on the site, YOu will not get your money until they're done doing whatever they're doing.

epassporte has NEVER gave me a card. they sent it twice "so they say" and they want me to pay to send it again....they have me [email protected] up.

I contact them weekly...since I was supposed to get it in JANUARY... they still have not gave me my card. $35 down the drain...

They took $20 out of my account without telling me for my card. It took two weeks but I received it. They wanted me to pay an extra $15 for express shipping and i wasn't going for it but anyways, I got my card.

when i got my card they told me it would be an extra $100 for express. so i waited lol

anyway, 2 days still cant get to my money, no reply to my mails, nothing, just becuase you personally have had no problems, does not mean others dont, and it does not mean that every single person who has had problems has lied.

stop protecting them coz you have had no problems, their not going to do it to everyone obviously, that would be even more stupid on thier part.

i think i still have the right to panic, your not understanding me at all, so stop saying stuff to protect them just because you have had plain sailing with them for so long.

I wanted advice on what i could do, and to let people know of the mishap, not "i cant belive your panicing" or "ive been with them for yrs, others are lying". there cant be 100's of lyers about the same company, if it wasnt true.

i did have a ray of hope when raven said it could of been maintence, but i still couldnt get my money, so my heart sank again.

thanks anyway, i thought this place would understand what is happening, guess not.
ty to all who tried to help.

wow that's weird babe. I'm sorry you're having troubles. Maybe they flagged your account or something because of the large amount in there? All I can suggest is to keep bugging them and emailing them until they give you some info. I hope everything will be ok. *hug*

I know due to convenience, alot of people like to keep money adding up in their account, so they can pay bills and what not easier.

My advice would be and I know It may be a pain in the ass, but you can withdrawl your funds from EPASS when they are there. DO SO!!!! You may not be able to pull out all of the money at once, but then a situation like this will never happen and if knock on wood epass DOES ever have problems, you have your money and it is not at risk.

Second. I don't think this way as a means to keep from getting scammed, but in case something happens that is beyond the company's control. What if a hacker causes all accounts to read $0? What if their maintenance programmers fuck up and they lose all of their stored data, including records? I know those situations are far-fetched and will probably never happen, but it's a lot of money to risk.

I'd suggest starting up a savings account that you don't touch and put the money in there every month. It will have the same feeling of "building up" while still being in your control.

I just got my card and I did not pay $100 for it. An express card is no more than $60 not even. So I don't know where people are getting information from. I can post epass's number and you call and ask for yourself how much an express card it and they'll tell you. I don't know if DD was exaggerating on purpose but that's bull. It makes me so upset when people lie about genuinely good companies. I highly recommend epassporte to everyone. I have also had thousands of dollars in there BUT I smart enough to have my bank account linked to my epass account so I can withdraw my money.

I've never had my account hacked. The ONLY payment processor I've had problems with is Ecampay and I think they've been hacked into which is pretty scary. All the precautions are unnecessary for epassporte but yes I do suggest taking the money out right away than letting the money build up. I posted the letter sent me asking for more Identification information because I had too much money in thee. I immediatly withdrew my money...now that was bull.

Oh and the day that I have problems with epass and they start making me pay $100 for express shipping, I will be sure to post it on sw like I do everything else.

It clearly obvious that you edited that info or you were ripped off. VERY clear. I'm going to pm pussyplayground so she can tell you how much they asked her to pay for express shipping. You are lying like I said and I also keep all my mail from epassporte I will copy and paste mine.

I am also going to call epassporte now to confirm this just to make sure they didn't change their policy last week after they sent my card. Thanks

If you're in the U.S there is no reason why they will ask for more than $50/$60 depending on your location.

    malaya.

stop being such a diva. THERE NOT GOING TO FREEZE EVERYONES ACCOUNTS ARE THEY

they love people like you who can give good refrences, i do not want your opinions.
all respect i have ever had for you in these forums have gone, i do not feel you have a right to call me or anyone else who has problems WHO YOU DO NOT KNOW a lyer, give me solid proof im lying, or others are lying.

you have gone on the deffencive then attacked me, for what, expressing a concern that is legit. i wanted help, not abuse from some chick half way across the world who thinks coz she's so hunky dory with it all, that no one else has problems.

i dont care for your opions ever again, ive never attacked you, even on matters where i just dont agree. you didnt need to get involved in this thread, you have nothing helpful to add, its like you work for the freaking company.

I do not appriciate being spoke down to by anyone, and you have spoke to me like a child from your fist post in this thread, take a chill pill dear.

Anyway in regards to people who have tried to help, thank you, i will update on the matter in the future.
