I eat ok and I walk everyday for 20 min but I never lost any weight. Anyway I dont eat seafood and I never have and my friend at the GNC store told me that if I dont eat seafood or potatoes or somthing regularly then I'm missing iodine in my system and I should start taking kelp. Apparently iodine is what helps your metabolism start kicking. I waited about 2 weeks of taking the kelp supplement before I posted and I have alot more energy and I haven't done anything different (working out, eating habits) and I've lost 10lbs. I read online that if you take like 4 pills a day it will really help your metabolism burn fat faster. I am really starting to feel like I hit the jackpot lol!!
