Yeah God is a forgiving God and he should understand my circumstances. :/

As stated, if you are going to have low self worth and constantly punish yourself (in whatever form that may be) for dancing because of religious or spiritual conflicts then maybe dancing just isn't for you. Dancing shouldn't be something you dread because of religion or spirituality, but you should enjoy it and embrace it because of the empowerment and independence it gives you. Sure, there are negatives in this industry, but you definitely shouldn't be constantly badgering yourself about work because of your beliefs.
It's natural to have off days and second guess yourself, you are only human. Asshole co workers and customers don't help either, but letting it actually prevent you from going to work (as you said it did last night) is a sign of a problem. That kind of guilt is something you shouldn't be living with. Consider looking around for alternatives or waitressing/bartending at your club. Maybe if you do that instead of dancing you can decide if you still want to dance, while still keeping yourself working in that club and in the environment WITH an income. If you take time to be there as a waitress or bartender and aren't actually committing "a sin" (depending on how deep your religious views run) then maybe you can make a decision about what is right for you.
I hope this helps!

If you are willing to do for one year what other's won't, you can spend a lifetime doing what other's cant.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to dance it's just that the people around me are making me feel morally guilty/wrong.
I've been doing this for almost 2 years but it's been getting to me lately more than usual :/

Why do you associate with these people if they're making you unhappy because of what you do?

Hun, Then you need to find new friends. Plain and simple. Quit and "let your bills pile up" or find new friends for your sanity. This is why I don't even bother with people here. Unless they can give me 5k a month they need to shut the hell up. You should think the same way.

Malaya and Eagle are right. If these people are making you feel like crap for something that you love instead of supporting your passion, then they are not people you need to have in your life. As long as YOU are okay with your job and not behaving self-destructively, that's all that matters.
A spiritual relationship with whatever deity you believe in is a very personal one- one between only you and that deity. As long as you're okay with your life and your relationship with whatever you believe in, then live however you want.
Exotic dancing is like any other job.If you work in an office, you wear dress shoes and a suit.If you work in a restaraunt, you wear skid resistant shoes and a uniform. If you work in a strip club, you wear 7" stilettos and lycra g-strings.
Basically, as a Christian, the only thing you need to do is accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior. Because we are all sinners in one way or another simply by being human and we cannot be saved by any amount of good deeds. It is only through Jesus paying the price and dying on the cross that we are saved through our faith in him. Yep, thats just about it.
So you can keep stripping and still work on your relationship with God. The two things are not mutually exclusive. If we had to be sinless before we could be Christian then none of us would ever meet that standard. However, God will meet you wherever you are if you reach out to him. Anyone who tells you any different is as bad as the Pharisses. Tell that to your friend.

when jesus died he said It is Finished, which i absolutley, wholeheartedly believe in. we don't sacrifice goats anymore, gay people aren't being stoned to death, in leviticus it said that sex with a lady on her period was sinful, and that blowjobs are a waste of seed.
what he meant was that we don't need to follow the old laws and customs, because he died for our sins, so we don't have to do that anymore. that doesn't make it okay to rob or steal, but I believe that jesus doesn't care if i'm a stripper. i don't do things to hurt other people, i help when i can, i volunteer, and i donate to the church when i can. but those things are not even required by god. you don't have to pay or be perfect to get into heaven, you just have to know and love god.
