Spinning poles make everything seem so easy!

I wish I had some advice, I dunno how to do that....however, pole mishap videos are hilarious!

Can you do the trick 2 handed?
Can you do it 1 handed?

You've really got to swing to the side so your body is horizontal, your back and armpit are gripping.

Its one of the easier tricks to learn. Start doing it with two hands first and then gradually go to one hand until you feel comfortable with it just around your upper arm/arm pit. Bending your legs inwards helps you spin better and the faster you spin the easier it is to grip the pole.

Plus, she's using a spinning pole, which requires far less power to get around the pole itself. Get ready for some major pole burn when you're doing this trick without hands. I love it, but it was painful to learn.

yeaaaah it took me awhile to learn buuuut... I am on a stationary pole, so its really all about learning how to spin. Its really not hard on spinny poles, just be careful not to throw yourself into a spin too hard or youll come right off the pole.

Yup. You use very different techniques when you do spins on spinning vs stationary poles. You should definitely learn this on a static pole first, so you don't get spoiled on a spinning pole and then find yourself unable to perform the trick on static. It's always better to go from static to spinning.
