Just went to my first class at the same studio where I attend bikram classes and I loved it! All the sweating, plus the strengthening elements of pilates... It was really intense but great. My tummy and thighs feel SUPA TIGHT!

Wow this sounds awesome !
I love Bikram but can imagien Pilates would be fantastic, you'd certainly get more stretch for your $
