    Default Finding time for fitness?

I've been doing a considerable amount of thinking about my fitness and health lately. Things that I would like to include-

Brazil Butt Workout (fail, I know, but worth a try)
    Yoga
Pole dance (both at work and learning/practice in studio/home)
    Restricted calorie diet (1,450 calories)
Additional cardio, like walking or running

It's not a whole lot when it's put into those terms. But when you factor in the amount of time each takes, I'm a little boggled because I'm also working, sleeping and trying to further my education.

How do you ladies balance your routines?
Exotic dancing is like any other job.
If you work in an office, you wear dress shoes and a suit.
If you work in a restaraunt, you wear skid resistant shoes and a uniform.
If you work in a strip club, you wear 7" stilettos and lycra g-strings.

Instead of trying to go all out on working out, try to incorporate one workout at a time.

Where is your gym (or do you even have one?)? Is it at school, or near your house?

Working out is easier for me when I belong to a gym. That way I can do no-impact workouts (Ellipticals are lifesavers for me), and I have the added pressure of other people watching me (makes me feel more motivated to work out when I'm around other people who're working out).

I'd also take the pressure off of yourself a bit. Sounds like you have a lot on your plate, and you can't expect to make time for everything (especially if you're stripping on top of all of this--stripping is exercise!). If you really want to work out, then set aside time a couple of times per week to do so. It can be for as little as thirty minutes.

Make set times for everything. Like you do your pole class on monday, run on tues at 5pm, brazil butt on wed at lunch.... Having it on an actual schedule is the only way Ill do it.

+1 on charlie's suggestion to join a gym. joining a gym that you like will help you a lot. make sure you take a tour first though... if you dont like the gym you probably wont go. not all gyms are created equal...

also sometimes doing something to reward yourself at the gym, i.e. chilling in the hot tub, can help you get there.
The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.

I keep some equipment at home: free weights, jumprope, balance ball and as of Tuesday, my x-pole. I belong to a gym as well that has an awesome yoga room that is usually free to do alternative work outs. It has a pool too, but I hate the smell in their locker room, which is the only thing I don't like. But it's only a 5 minute drive from my house.

On the days I can't make it to the gym, I'll do something at home and then power walk to do my errands: going to CVS, the grocery store, dry cleaning, fed-ex. They are all within a couple miles from me.

I convinced myself I have to make an hour a day available 4 to 6 days a week for my workouts..They all consist of equipment I have at my house..A stair stepper, rubber bands, and weights.. Ill spend half the time w cardio and the other half w crunches lunches, band exercises etc..I like the way I look now that ive been working out then how i used to look when i was 20 pounds heavier which was way scary...Im much better off working out and that feeling is sooo worth the effort..
