I'm sorry but that's not food, that's a survivor from a failed alien invasion millions of years ago. Or a gigantic sea cockroach. Either way something that hideous looking is not going anywhere near my mouth.

HOLY CRUD! I don't eat meat... but I'm not even sure what to think of that! Actually, I'm thinking you'd need a really huge pot to cook it in.

Oh god - I love me some lobster, but that looks like it's from the Alien movie!

Florida Spiney lobsters are nasty lookin' things for sure. I prefer my Atlantic-Canadian Lobsters. Om nom nom!

Holy hell that looks DELICIOUS. Boil that and serve it on a plate with some butter and white wine, kthx!

I love lobster and crab. It's so tasty and extremely low-fat!

I'll tell you what, I started salivating when I saw this picture:

GIMME A CRABLEG CRACKER AND A POT OF MELTED BUTTER.

the smaller ones taste better 2 to 3 lbs is ideal. I'd never eat a crab that big either; I bet the meat has the taste & texture of a tire.

You have to wonder about the first person to eat not only this but a lot of things....like how do you look at that and think..that might taste good! Or...mmm..shelled thing from a chicken butt...lets fry it up! Or even...hey..I bet if we took this nut and smooshed it, it would be good with fruit smooshes.

Like if you think about it...most of what we eat is pretty weird! We're just used to it!

All shellfish are bottom feeders so yes "cockroach of the sea" is correct. The ocean is so dirty I don't know why people keep eating out of it. Seem like eating out of the trash can to me.

Shit, that looks fkn disgusting. I think I am slowly starting to dislike all kinds of shell fish. I do love some crab stew, but even then... I am starting to crave it less. I'm grossed out by looking at those pictures. yuck

I'm allergic to shell fish but, I would give it a try.

Most difficult thing I have ever eaten. Locusts. For a class we had to catch the live twist their heads off and eat them.

    I concur.
