Dizzy I don't think I suck at my job

I've got plenty of assets. Great tits, great ass. I know I am one of the most physically attractive women at my club, yet I don't make as much money as some other girls. My dances are good but not great. How do I show interest when i'm really not interested? Hold eye contact and such when it gets kind of awkward. My hustling abilities aren't quite what I thought they were. I'm sick of skating by on pretty. help!

Go check out www.StripandGrowRich.com to learn how to sell dances & champagne rooms. There are always plenty of great looking women who don't know how to sell in this type of environment. Also, if you aren't interested maybe you'll get more interested once you start seeing that you can sell faster.

Talk to them, nod and smile ask questions about themself. Act sexy, stare at them, touch their arm or whatever and suggest a dance.

Definitely learn your sales techniques. The three best books I have read:

    How to close every deal
    Super flirt.

Read and use those and it will change your work life.

Yep to all the other replies. It's a sales job.

One thing that might help is to set a money goal. Lets say you want to make $400.
Aim for $30 in first couple hours per hour ( the slow ones).
Aim for $50 per hour the next 4 .
Aim for $70 per hour last two hours of shift ( when it get busier/wallets get looser).

i have the same problem. i was just looking over my payslips today and i seem to average 150-200 per shift and it depresses me. i guess working 4 days pw might have something to do with it so i cut down and my money seems to be getting better now that i dont want to kill everyone and go home early. i just need a 500 night to keep me up n going.
    now to make that happen...

I used to focus on how many dances to do each shift (my goal was 15-20) and that was working good for a while but now what I do is:

I try to talk to each customer, ask him for a dance, try to upgrade to VIP, and then on to the next one.

I might take a 5 min break but I never sit down by myself for more than that.

I avoid the dressing room or talking to other girls on the floor.

I never count my money until the end of my shift.

Basically, if I'm getting many dances in a row, I don't allow myself to take a break, I try to keep THE MOMENTUM GOING.

Also, I try to never pause & think about who would be the best customer to approach and/or what I should say to him. I JUST DO IT. Once I sit down and talk to him, everything else just falls into place and I usually get a dance. DON'T OVERTHINK IT when it comes to dances. Like the Nike phrase: JUST DO IT.

^ I do all this except that I like to couny my money about every hour or two to try to stay motivated and bump earnings to next $100. If it's busy and things are going well ....I just get absored into happy robot stripper mode - there is no getting tired!
I generally take a 15 min break in the middle of shift too hide + eat a small meal.

If you think your dances aren't that great, try to get a few more tricks up your sleeve. Watch other girls and copy the cool moves that they do.

Holding eye contact should never get awkward. It might feel that way at first, but if you practice, you'll get used to it. Don't stare, just look at the guy and bat your eyelashes, do a sexy grin, flip your hair... holding eye contact is flirting with the guy & making him believe you're into him.

I think the best way to show interest is to just flirt, flirt, flirt! Show off your friendly, sexy side, and make good conversation. : )

LOL I know it may not be easy all of the time, but try to dance for people who you genuinely find attractive! It has always made it easier for me to flirt, hold eye contact with a guy who is HOT rather then the old dude who smells like piss looking like a perv in the far corner of the club!

^ you never know the hot person might reject you the same way and its gonna feel worse being a hot guy than a creepy old man.
i prioritise through potential or cash.
i usually avoid hot guys like the plague because they think this is a regular bar and spend the whole time hustling me home.

The biggest myth is that the hottest girl makes the most money. It's all skills and persistence. Keep upper hand so they feel like they have to do as you say. Be confident in the product, it helps a lot!
