Wow I've been making a lot of Body Business threads lately. I know I'm trying to change myself and looking here but it's kinda excessive.
I'm on 25mg of Spiro. When my doctor gave it to me she told me it's for the most part no more than a powerful water pill, and I've read on here that it's a diuretic.
But DAMN.
I've been on it for three days now (bout to take my fourth pill after this post) and the first couple of days I didn't really notice any change. I went about my normal day-to-day, went working out at the gym, all that.
My weight when I started Spiro was 155.6. (Note to JD: I've already lost about 2.5 lbs on the workout you gave me! A lot of that is probably muscle as well, because I've also dropped one dress size!)
Yesterday (the 3rd day) I noticed that I was unusually thirsty, and found myself going to the bathroom a lot despite the amount of water I drank, and I was losing much more than I was taking in. Like seriously I was having to relieve a full bladder every 10-15 minutes.
This morning I wake up, have my morning piss, and stand up and look at myself in the mirror. I stare in disbelief at the figure in front of me, go "...No way." and grab my scale.
Yesterday when I weighed myself in the morning, I was 155.0. Then I peed all damn day. Didn't do anything really different other than that.
My scale read 151.8 this morning, and while that sounds incredibly small, I could notice it on my own body.
So... WOO?
So here's my question to the Spiro taking ladies (CHARLIEEEEE!!!)
Does the Diuretic effect of Spiro slow down after your body has shed excess water weight? And is this a little early to be noticing these kinds of side effects/results?
