I've started running with my boyfriend, and I feel SO much more in shape now that I'm getting some cardio! But we've been working out every other day, and the days that I'm not running, I'm either stripping or working my other job where I'm on my feet all day. It's pretty rough on my body.
How often do you work out, and what kind of exercise do you do? I'm especially curious about how you arrange your work out schedule around stripping. Is it hard to work out and then strip the same/next day? Is it something you've gotten used to?
