I wake up nearly every morning craving a big glass of orange juice. I then usually pound at least one. I think this is because I get dehydrated in my sleep. Does anyone know of any juices that aid in maintaining hydration levels?

I'd venture to bet that you need to get more electrolytes into your system. Talk to your doctor & see if you can have an electrolyte panel done.

You could try using some of the sports drinks with electrolytes in them in the evening to see if that helps. Personally I hate sports drinks because of all the other junk in so many of them, but you could try it for a few days & see if it makes a difference.
Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

Coconut water is good.

I would go with the coconut water too, it would give you what you need I think.

Everyone dehydrates overnight, because you're sweating and not drinking for some hours. You could try watermelon juice, but most of us will wake up thirsty regardless.

I don't think it's necessarily dehydration. Our bodies usually crave something for a reason, so some vitamin or whatever it is in the orange juice might be what your body needs?
