I want to add more lean protein into my diet (chicken mainly) but I don't know how to cook! How do you girls easily add more protein to your diets?

Why lean protein? I like to add all different types of protein, because your body needs organ meats, skin, animal fats to help process the protein and neutralize the byproducts your kidneys produce from processing the protein. For example, chicken livers are high in vitamin A which helps rid your body of the byproduct ammonia produced from other proteins. Don't be afraid to eat some animal fats.
I like greek yogurt as a high source of protein, and I mix protein powder in it as well. My breakfast this morning (greek yogurt, almonds, goji berries, and protein powder) had approximately 60 grams of protein in it. I also love hard boiled egg whites (a couple yolks too but not too much), sardines, low sodium canned albacore tuna, yellowfin tuna steaks, salmon, ground turkey breast, ground buffalo meat, tilapia, chicken breast and chicken drumsticks. All the meats (except the ground meats) I prepare by simply baking them in the oven plain with no seasoning except maybe some crushed red pepper. The ground meats I usually brown in a skillet, drain, then add low sodium tomato sauce with some frozen vegetables and crushed red pepper.

Can you buy precooked grilled chicken, or rotisserie chicken? Both of those are a great way to add chicken to your diet without cooking it yourself. You can add it to salads and sandwiches. I like to make wraps with hummus and grilled chicken.
Hardboiled eggs are great ... You can learn to boil an egg but you can probably find them pre-cooked in the egg sectionTuna is great but try canned salmon too, it's a nice break from tuna with healthy fats.
Tofu and beans are also good sources of protein. You don't have to cook them and can add them to salads after just draining them. I eat tofu cubes raw with soy sauce but I'm weirdOr try mashing chickpeas a little with a fork and making chickpea salad like you would make tuna salad .. yum! Oh, hummus is great too, and you can buy a million flavors of it pre-prepared. You can make an easy light lunch out of baby carrots, pita bread, and a tub of nice hummus.
Hope this helps! None of these require "cooking". I love to cook, but sometimes I'm just not in the mood.

I thought I was too! Augh, they're my weakness. So long as you eat them fresh out of the pan, they're so good. I love eating them with cocktail sauce.
