Are you drinking anything? You probably should slow down & start drinking juices. Juice has a lot of sugar in it & calories, so it will help keep you from losing too much weight too fast. Ask the bar what they have in stock but most have pineapple & orange juice at least.
I'd also say to start lifting weights, it will help you gain a bit of mass without looking thick.
Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

Stay away from junk food, but do make sure you eat a solid meal before heading in to work. Before I head in I usually eat something like a burger and salad (made at home though!), fresh fruit and a sandwitch, veggies rice and chicken. Last night I ate 10 small carrots, rice and peas, and chicken korma before going to work.





eat more carbs. are you eating meat? also, how tall are you? also also, eating the "same thing every day" isn't always a good thing.





Lucky you ... reminds me of the days when I used to eat mcdonalds every night after work and still lose weight... sigh... try eating honey cashews at work. I think they're pretty fatty but low GI. (I think) but they are good anyway. haha
Im only 5ft 4in I don't eat meats but only ham. I have good news though to report im up to 105

start eating red meat and your weight will shoot up





I'd recommend the southern style chicken sandwich at McDee's.
