    Ginger tea is definitely helping.

    I have some belly dancing videos, but they don't seem to help much.

    I think ther is something to be siad for oblique exercies. at least, it lkeeps me busy and I feel like I ma doing something.

    Mushroom tea is really not bad at all - tastes like a slightly bitter herbal tea...can be harder to find though!

    One other thing - you are trying to lose fat, so you need to do cardio with your ab exercises....just muscle toning is not the most effective way to burn fat.
