Yeah - that's a bit much. Drink lots of water to help flush your system but also use water pills like Diurex to help you from retaining water.

If you follow the directions you will lose weight at a reasonable amount (approx. 2lbs) per week. However, if you are retaining water the water pills will help you lose a good portion of weight quickly.

That's what I do. You lose weight quite quickly without destroying your metabolism or forgoing foods you like.





Cut out all sugar, caffeine, alcohol, dairy.. basically only drink water (but drink lots of it). Eat only chicken, fish or a small amount of red meat. Eat only vegetables - no fruit! Nuts are ok but not too many and if you are really craving a carb try some buckwheat crackers or sugar free wrap. Quality hommus or tatziki is alright in moderation. Plain, sugar free yogurt with some plain granola with no fruit is a good breakfast too. The weight will fall off. Be strict.. no cheating!





Hey for this one do you literally do one day up and one day down or does the number of days fluctuate. Id like to try some sort of moderation of this. I'm not really wanting to lose weight but Ive been pigging out lately and I think something like this would help me be more intelligent about my choices.

probably not the best way to go about it, especially if you want to keep the weight off. but it definitely works.
