Default California approved mase and tazors

Ive been getting stalked lately.I have a restraining order already. My next step is getting California approved mase and a tazor.Does anyone know if its legal?

I have a police supply store that I live near.Ive seen websites but dont know if going to the police uniform store is better.

I wanna do everything legal. So if I need to take classes I will.

I know there was a male poster on here that knew a lot about this.

Get the highest OC spray Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) rating you can legally posses. This stuff works, and works now, as opposed to MACE which can take time to affect the target, and has a high failure rate.

Pass on the Taser, as the ones civilians can own (stun gun) are hand held, and require making physical contact with the target (unlike the Police style that shoots barbs into a distant target). You don't want to let the target get that close to you if you can help it.

You may be required to attend an OC training class before you can purchase it, depending on state laws. If you do, you will most likely be sprayed (or, if 'lucky', have a drop placed into or right below, your eyes). It's an experience you wont soon forget.

Make sure your restraining order is kept up to date and active!

Remember, a restraining order is not a magic cloaking shield, it wont physically protect you, it's not bullet proof, it just allows the Police to take immediate action if it's violated, and may give you a bit more leeway using OC or other protective devices against the perp. Far too many victims believe once a restraining order is in effect, they are out of harm's way.

    Good luck!!
