    Default Has anyone heard from Streamate?

    I was due a payment from Streamate today to my Epassporte and as we all know they are screwed up royally by the Visa suspension.

    Has anyone gotten an answer from Streamate as to how we will be paid today, and going forward?

    They didn't transfer the money to epass, so our money is safe. They are holding it while everyone selects a different payment method.

    Thanks. I've already switched to check and very happy to hear that they aren't going ahead with the transfers today since we can't do anything with it.

    Edited to add - was really hoping they might go ahead and mail out a check today since we were expecting to have acces to our money. I asked but no answer as of yet (and I'm sure they are swamped with questions).

    I'm guessing it will take until next week to get this week's paycheck sent by mail along with the one for next week, *sigh*.

    Well, some good news - sounds like they will get us a check out for today's check as quickly as possible.

    Answer from Streamate when I emailed:

    We are aware of the ePassporte announcement. As a result we have STOPPED all ePassporte transactions and are currently HOLDING funds. Your payments will NOT be sent by ePassporte.

    Please log into your accounts and select another form of payment, immediately. We will process these changes, and send payments as soon as possible. Please know, your funds are SAFE. Many accounts have been
    affected by this announcement and we are doing what we can to help resolve this issue in a timely manner.

    You will not receive payment today. But YOUR MONEY IS SAFE!!! Please update your payment info and we will work to update all accounts and release funds as quickly as possible. Please be aware that Monday,
    September 6th is a US banking holiday. We will be processing changes but no wires will be able to be sent that day.
