    Default Survival Stripper Speak- Languages

Hey there! I haven't seen something like this, so if I've overlooked a related thread, please direct me to it!

I was looking at the forum, and found a small discussion within a thread about language barriers between customers and dancers. So, I thought this might be interesting and fun (but I'm a linguist at heart, and love languages. I = dork maybe).

In any language that you've encountered, and know (fluently or partially), are there any phrases that you've found to be the most useful? Like, numbers (prices of dances), questions, etc. that are helpful when speaking with a customer that isn't fluent in English. Spanish, French, Japanese, any language!

I think customers milk the language barrier to their advantage, so I don't bother trying to converse in their native tongue. Buying a dance isn't a hard concept. They get it. They just pretend not to. Then, when I catch them whipping out their dick out in VIP, they can act all innocent, like OH I THOUGHT WE WERE GOING BACK TO HAVE SEX, I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH, DON'T KICK ME OUT.

Maybe I've just been tainted by bad experiences.

^^they do but every man understands a slap .

    spanish:

yo quiero quitar mi ropa para vos. ( i want to take my clothes off for you)
yo prefiero estar desnuda (i prefer to be naked)
quiero darte un baile sexi (i wanna give you a sexi dance)
no puedes tocarme (you cant touch me).
also, dance prices: diez (10), viente(20).

also i was going to start a thread about this, but for some reason hispanics like to negotiate. i have actually had better luck telling them it is 25$ or 30$ and they haggle with me and i give them a "deal" for 20 (where club dance price is 20) than offering them a 20$ dance because they will inevitably try to haggle it down to 15 or 10 or 2 for 20 or wahtever. i think it must be cultural but they seem to not worry about a price as much as the idea that they can haggle with you. so if you are having a ngiht where you are dealing with lots of mexican negotiating extraordinaires, try upping the price and then haggle it down to the club price.
The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.

In my frankly vast experience with Hispanics, what Athena says is true. I'll have to borrow that technique.

My experience as well. I've also noticed that they want more for less and often think it includes sex. From talking to someone I know from Mexico, apparently there dancers are whores so this explains why many think of dancers that way.

I've had customer from other countries, but most of the time my experience is they pretend not to know English. This was true with the Japanese and German customers one club I worked at often had. They all knew English but claimed they didn't.

I hate to say this but out of all the customers I've had, I generally loathed Indians. For some reason many of them thought they could touch me and that I was lower than scum. It's really turned me off to Indians in general and would never date one.
